SUMMARY
1.Currently working on synthesizing a lactose ester using the milk sugar lactose and a fatty acid (vinyl myristate).
2.Then further using this ester to inhibit or kill pathogenic and non- pathogenic bacteria.
3.Calculated the bio-burden in the environment of the sterile area.
4.Found the presence of undesirable microorganisms (Bacteria and Fungus) in the environment of the sterile area.
5.Settle plate; Air sampling, Swab sampling, Personal monitoring methods were used.
6.DNA separation from sheep’s Blood
7. Electrophoresis of DNA
8.Production of Bio-Diesel from Mustard oil (capston project).
9.Performed various Experiments in the laboratories.
10.Basics of C language, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
